How to Compete
Register and pay the $175 USD entry fee through our official website at liftonstrongman.com. Mainland China athletes and those with access to Alipay can also register directly via our WeChat Mini Program.
Register at liftonstrongman.com →After payment, you'll receive an email with a form to complete your athlete profile — full name, date of birth, representing region, weight class, contact details, T-shirt size, Instagram handle, competition history, and media consent.

Eligibility & Divisions
The Asian Strongman Championships is open to athletes representing Asian countries and regions. Athletes compete under the flag of their nationality or legal residency.
Foreign athletes residing in Asia may compete with valid proof of residency of at least one consecutive year in an Asian territory. All weight classes are verified at official weigh-in on September 25, 2026 at LIFT ON Strongman Studio, Shenzhen.
Eligibility Rules
Any athlete holding a valid passport from an Asian nation or territory qualifies automatically. See the country list on the right for which passports are considered Asian.
Athletes with a non-Asian passport may compete as an Asian athlete with proof of residency of at least 1 consecutive year in an Asian territory. Documentation required during registration.
Athletes holding passports from non-Asian countries who are not residing in Asia are not eligible, regardless of ethnic background or heritage. Includes all athletes with passports from Australia, New Zealand, Russia, European nations, African nations, or the Americas.
